Return & Exchange Policy

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website. Returns and exchanges on items purchased from Watsons Stores or Sheng Siong Stores will not be entertained. Kindly refer to individual store's exchange policy.

  • Weich's accepts returns of UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED product for exchange within 7 days. Customer are advised to check before wash.

  • For hygiene purposes, Weich's will not accept any returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odours.

  • Weich's has the full discretion to decide whether to reject any returns or exchanges that we deem unfit for return.

  • Top-ups are required if items intended for exchange are of a higher price than the original items, but no refunds will be made for items of lower price.

  • Send us an e-mail at Excelleinternational@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9145 1154 for us to make the necessary arrangement, within 7 days from the day you received your orders.

  • Strictly no exchange or refund for White goods i.e., pillows, bolsters, white quilts, toppers, mattress protectors, towels and floormats.

  • Proof of purchase for all exchange and refunds is required.

  • All Clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
